Once more with feeling

I haven't posted to this blog in ages (big surprise). I've become inspired to start by some recent speaking engagements. Running your own business, it's hard to keep growing. I mean, if my clients pay on time, I'm a happy camper. We don't really have a chance to talk about "bigger issues". After all, we're often engaged so people don't have to think about IT issues. With these recent talks, I've really gotten some good questions. Questions which I want to think more about I feel that a space where I can work out these issues will be valuable, certainly to me and hopefully to a few of those people who asked the questions. So, here goes.

I have plans for the first couple of posts. First, I want to talk about how we're reorienting the web site. When I've spoken, I've found out what works and what's just marketing babble. Next, I'm planning a series of posts on problems of software training. Stay tuned.
