On Demand Report Support

Sometimes, all you need is a little help to:

• Get that final piece of the report to tie out.
• Get that emergency report done that the boss needs yesterday.
• Get you unstuck while deep in the middle of your first Crystal report.

For all those times, we offer On Demand Report Support—support by the half―hour without the commitment of a full project.

What we support

While Red Three consults on a wide variety of reporting, accounting and database software, On Demand Report Support is currently available for Lawson based reporting tools, including:

• Crystal
• Report Writer (RW100)
• HR writer - HR170
• Activity and GL Transaction writers

How it works:

You e-mail us your question. We'll arrange a time to speak with you directly to review the problem. After reviewing your problem, we'll either answer your question (and bill you for 15 minutes) or give you an estimate to solve the problem and get your report working. You prepay the estimated time and we get to work.

If necessary, we can log into your system (with your permission!) and work together on your problem.

What does it cost?

Our basic "On Demand" Rate is $200 per hour billed in fifteen minute increments. If you are not a regular customer, we accept pay pal and other credit cards. Volume discounts are available.

What's your risk?

Only your time (which is valuable). But given the number of people who've used our services, we think that's a risk worth taking. We guarantee our work 100%. If you're not happy, you don't pay.
